    A: Now that everything is pre-made & orders are shipping within 1 to 3 business days, you may NOT cancel your order!

    Do you have a minimum order amount?

    A: Unfortunately, yes!

    As of November 18, 2009 we have a $10.00 Minimum Order Amount required to make a purchase (prior to shipping/taxes & after any discounts/coupons).

    All orders that do not meet this requirement will be canceled.

    Q: Customs / Taxes / etc.
    Customs / Taxes / etc.

    A: I fill out a customs form for all International packages. All are marked "other" or "merchandise" with short descriptions such as makeup/bath & body/candle tarts etc. As far as the "value", I enter the total of your order as the value of your package (not including shipping costs). I will not LIE on custom forms, please do NOT ask me to!

    Suds n Sass will NOT be held responsible for any fees/charges/taxes/duties etc that you may incur when your packages goes through customs.

    A: Yes, there is a limit: 1 per color per order

    Q: Why do some of my Bath & Body products change color?
    Why do some of my Bath & Body products change color?

    A: Products may discolor due to the vanilla notes in many of our fragrances. Colors can range from light cream to dark brown, they are still perfectly fine to use and they do not compromise the integrity of the product!

    Q: Why do some scents smell different once I apply/use them?
    Why do some scents smell different once I apply/use them?

    A: This is because of your body chemistry! Everyone's skin reacts differently with fragrances and this is especially apparent after the fragrance has mingled with your skin and had time to sink in.

    Q: When is my payment due?
    When is my payment due?

    A: All payments must be made at the time of the sale.

    PayPal payments are due immediately at the time of sale. If I do NOT receive your payment or hear from you within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.

    All payments being sent by mail (within United States) must be received by me within 10 business days. If I do NOT receive your payment or hear from you within that time period, your order will be canceled.

    All payments being sent by mail (Internationally) must be received by me within 15 business days. If I do NOT receive your payment or hear from you within that time period, you order will be canceled.

    **$50 fee for all returned checks**

    A: We accept the following forms of payment:

    -PayPal
    -Credit Cards (visa, mc, disc, amex)
    -Money Orders/cashiers checks
    -Checks ($50 fee for all returned checks)

    The Cash option is ONLY for friends/family that live nearby & are using Local Pick-up for their shipping option.

    How accurate are the color swatches?

    A: Colors may vary slightly due to lighting & monitor settings. However, we try our best to take photos that look as close as possible to the actual color/shade.

    Q: Shipping Options
    What are my shipping options?

    A: Suds n Sass uses USPS for all orders. During the checkout process you must select one of the following options:

    -1st Class United States (at your own risk/not trackable)
    -Priority United States
    -1st Class International (at your own risk)
    -1st Class International - Registered (trackable)
    -Customer Pickup (only avail. for friends/family)

    We also have a section in our shop called "Shipping Options" which will allow you to add extra services such as Signature Confirmation & Insurance etc.

    Q: International Shipping
    Do you ship Internationally?

    A: Yes, Suds n Sass ships anywhere & everywhere!

    Please keep in mind that 1st class international mail is NOT trackable, even with a customs label number! I will not be held responsible if a first class mail package does not reach its destination.

    Please choose First Class International - Registered to ensure your package is trackable!
